Donald Mason Hawkins, 78, died Friday, August 26, 2016.
He worked for many years in the auto body and repair industry, was a Jefferson County Deputy Sheriff and a member of Marine Corps League.
He is survived by his wife, the former Linda Thompson; children, David Hawkins (Ann), Donna Broyles, Doug Hawkins (Ashlee) and Darren Hawkins (Amber); 11 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and brother, John Hawkins.
Visitation is 3-7pm Tuesday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with private burial.
