Darren Ramon Hickson, 39, passed from this life to an everlasting life on Friday, May 3, 2024.

He most recently worked for Munson Business Interiors and was beginning a career in the insurance industry.  Darren had an entrepreneurial spirit and was always full of good ideas.  He was entertainingly funny and loved to help others.  He also had an artistic side and loved drawing and writing poems. He  had an exceptional love for his mother and wrote a poem titled the "Ideal Mother".  He attended Masjid Bilal.

Darren loved his family and is survived by his mother, Inger Guinn; fathers, Darick Guinn and Darrell Hickson; siblings, Teress Bratton, Candace Bratton, Ebony Bratton, Lanesha DeShields and Hazel Haynes; and aunts, Bridgette Love and April Jefferson.

Burial will be at 3pm on Monday, May 6, 2024 at Green Haven Cemetery, 4707 Fegenbush Lane, Louisville, KY  40218.
