Khloe Isabelle O'Bannon, 3 1/2 weeks old, passed away Wednesday November 4, 2015.
She is survived by her parents, Kimberly O'Bannon and Terry Gambrell Jr.; maternal grandparents, Levelle and Jennifer O'Bannon; paternal grandparents, Carrie Alexander and Terry Gambrell Sr.; aunts, Moriah and Jayna O'Bannon and Destanie Alexander; uncles, Michael and Cole O'Bannon, Tommy Hollon and Tristen York; great grandparents Donna Nunn, Clifford Arlan Wright, Norma Conrad, Carolyn Riley; several great aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held Tuesday November 10, 2015 at Fern Creek Funeral Home at 5406 Bardstown Rd from 10am-12:00pm with a short service at 12pm with burial to follow at Pennsylvania Run Cemetery.
