Theresa Marie Kamensky Shultz, 51, died Thursday, July 2, 2015
She was proceeded in death by: grandparents, George A Kamensky Sr. and Elizabeth L. Kamensky; parents, George A Kamensky Jr. and JoAnn Lassiter Kamensky; and sister, Gloria Ann Kamensky McDade.
She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Shultz-Mitchell (Kenny;
step-children, Dale Shultz (Amanda), and Angela White (Ryan);
brothers, Michael A Kamensky (Pamela), Allen D Kamensky, and Billy Barreda(Misty); brother-in-law, Jim MCDade; grandchildren, Racheal Mitchell, Aiden Mitchell, Matthew Mitchell, Arielle White, Jessie White, Triston White, Jaxsen White and Sebastian Shultz; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Her memorial service is 5:00pm Friday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Rd. Visitation is after 1 until the time of the service.
