Glen Bowman, age 85, of Louisville, passed from this earth on January 1, 2023.  He was born May 17, 1937, in Tompkinsville, KY, to the late George and Nora Ferguson Bowman.  He was a cherished brother, a devoted uncle, and a faithful member of Southend Church of Christ.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Clarence Bowman, Earnest Bowman (Ruby), Irvin Bowman (Ada Mae), Bill Bowman (Genell), Garnett Bowman and Carlos Bowman; and sisters Clora Dee Williamson (Nick), Wynemia Jacobs (Curly), Earlene Carver (Delbert), and Wanda Robertson (Bob).

He is survived by brothers, Wallace Bowman (Sandy) and Wendell Bowman (Carnealia); sister, Barbara Woosnam (Ed); sister-in-law, Virginia Bowman; numerous nieces and nephews; and his Southend church family.

His funeral will be on Saturday, January 21 ^st , at 2 pm at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY  40291.  Visitation will be Saturday from 10 am until 2 pm.
