William Michael Downs, 76, died Monday, June 20, 2022.

He was born August 18, 1945 in Cleveland, Ohio, son of William and Monica Andrews Downs.  William was a retired social worker and member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Hubbuch Downs; children, Diane Pierce (Lenny), Kathleen Duble (Joe) and Michael Downs (Susan); grandchildren, Christopher and Karalina Duble, and Garrett and Abram Downs; and brother, John Downs (Barbara).

Memorial mass is 1pm Thursday at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 505 Bardstown Road.  Memorial visitation is 4-7pm Wednesday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.
