Virgil "Wayne" Grasmick, 72, died Monday, December 25, 2023.

Wayne was born May 28, 1951, son of Marvin C. and Marie Elizabeth Moore Grasmick. He was a property manager and 1969 graduate of Seneca High School.  He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and everything outdoors: hunting, fishing and camping.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn Grasmick.

He was dad to: Katherine Barnes (Joey), Laura Frost (Chris), and Richard Grasmick (Jamie Riehm); and granddaddy to: Samantha, Alex, Crystal, Ashley, Megan, and Melissa; He is also survived by his siblings, Marvin Grasmick, Mary Forbes and Tina Snyder; and friend, ex-wife, and the mother of his children, Sharon Grasmick.

His funeral is 2pm Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Rd, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation is 2-7pm Tuesday. January 2, 2024.
