Twila Grivicic, 71, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 12, 2022.

She was born Twila Marie Lurie on December 18, 1950, daughter of Rueben and Vida Faith Lurie.

Twila was a Certified Medical Technician, 1970 graduate of Fern Creek High School and member of Fern Creek United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed crocheting and used her hands to share her love by gifting family and friends with her creations. She loved spending time with her family and making baked goods with her mother and sisters. Twila never missed a special day for her children or grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Twila was preceded in death by sisters, Libby Castleman, Sue Ellen Lurie, and Debbie Lurie; and brothers, Robert Lurie and Thomas Lurie.

She is survived by daughters, Dina Grivicic and Sarah Odom and five beloved grandchildren.

Her funeral is 5pm Friday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.   Visitation is after 2pm until the time of the service.  Burial is private.
