In Loving Memory of Terry A. Clark

Terry was a loving mother, nana, sister, aunt, and friend whose kindness and love touched the lives of many. She cherished her family deeply and created countless memories that will be treasured forever.

Terry is survived by her daughter, Erin Decker (Cory); daughter-in-law, Mckenna Clark; grandchildren, Matthew, Peyton, and Isabelle Decker, and Amelia Clark; great-grandchildren, Adrian, Braxton, Ivy, and Willow; brothers, Danny, Mike, Scott, and Jack; sisters, Kathy, Kristy, and Penny; as well as many extended family members and dear friends who will miss her greatly.

Please join us in celebrating Terry’s life at 6pm Wednesday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road Louisville, Kentucky 40291.  A memorial visitation is after 2pm until the time of the service.
