It is with great sadness to announce that Steven B. Cline age 65 affectionately known as "Mote" passed away Sunday August 25.

Steve also known as The Garage Specialist started his business at the age of 22. Back then without owning heavy equipment, Steve dug his footers by hand. But anyone who knew Steve knows he accumulated and enjoyed several "big toys" as his business grew over the next 43 years.

Steve loved meeting new people on his jobs and made many lifelong friends. He loved splitting and selling firewood in the winter, trading (but mostly buying) at the Shepherdsville Flea Market and raising his chickens.

Steve was predeceased by his parents Howard (Witz) Cline and Thelma (Toebbe) Cline.

He is remembered by His wife of 36 years Jill Lyon Cline and daughters Katie Cline, Brianna Jennings Cline. As well as his sister Debbie Creagh and Frank Cline (Nancy Puckett) 5 sister in laws, three brother in laws and many nieces and nephews on both sides of the family. He will be missed by all.

There will be a celebration of his life Sunday October 20th at The Woods at Cedar Springs 383 Cedar Creek Road, Louisville Ky. 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
