Steven Thomas Perkins, 60, died Thursday, April 28, 2022.

He was a licensed optician and member of OAK (The Opticians Association of Kentucky).

He is survived by his wife, Anita "Ann" Owens Perkins; son, Theodore "Ted" Perkins (Andrea); sister, Karen Stallings (Mike); and grandchildren, Emma and Luke Perkins.

His funeral is 7pm Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.  Visitation is after 2pm Tuesday until the time of the service.
