Stephen York Howard, 76, died Wednesday, July 10, 2024.

He was born July 10, 1948, son of Emmitt and Snow York Howard.  Stephen was a retired mechanic for TARC and a graduate of Western High School.

In addition to his parents, Stephen was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry; and siblings, Wendall Howard, Doug Howard and Lou Ellen Dumunbrun.

He is survived by his sons, Stephen Howard and Scott Howard (Tiffany); grandchildren, Erik, Matthew and Nicholas Howard; and sister, Charlotte Jackson.

His funeral is 6pm Monday, July 15, 2024 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with private burial.  Visitation is after 3pm that afternoon until the time of the service.
