Shawn Michael Kremer, 35, died Friday, May 20, 2022.

He was a 2004 graduate of Jeffersontown High School and worked as an operations specialist for Dynacraft.  He formerly worked as a manager for Health Care Services.

Shawn is survived by his parents, Kevin and Ann Hoffman Kremer; sister, Sarah Moorman; brothers, Bradley Kremer and William Flock (Sarah); aunts and uncles, Karen Furlong (Rob), Ken Kremer (Sylvia), Steve Kremer (Kim), Joe Hoffman, Patty Smith and Steve Hoffman (Sandy); and his soulmate, Samantha Henriques.

His funeral is 7pm Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.  Visitation is after 3pm that afternoon until the time of the service.
