RoseMary Tobbe, 91, died Friday, September 5, 2025.

She was born May 12, 1934, daughter of August and Marie Jerger Birchler.  RoseMary owned and operated a JCPS school bus for 25 years.  She was a 1952 graduate of Fern Creek High School, a former member of St. Rita Catholic Church and a member of St. Athanasius Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Tobbe; son, Dennis Tobbe; and siblings, Mert Hildenbrandt and August "Bud" Birchler.

Survivors include her children, L. Lee Tobbe (Debra), Jana Hickey and Joni Skaggs (Rusty); nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and sister, Thelma "Tot" Francis.

Funeral mass is 10am Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at St. Athanasius Catholic Church, 5915 Outer Loop, Louisville, Kentucky with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation is 3-7pm Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky.
