Robert R. Beyer, 84, entered into eternal rest Friday, June 19, 2026.

He was born December 11, 1941 to the late Raymond and Helen Beyer.

He retired from Novelis/Alcon after 41 years, and 1960 graduate of DuPont Manual High School.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Brian Beyer.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Beyer; children, Tony Beyer, Susan Mitchell (Juan) and Richard Hays II (Kimberly); siblings, Darlene Mattingly (Jimmy) and Darrell “Butch” Beyer (Maggie); grandchildren, Erica Warren, Amber Beyer, Shelbei Hays, Hunter Mitchell, Chris Hays, Richard Hays III, Morgan Hays, and Caroline Hays; and 10 great grandchildren.

His funeral service is 6pm Saturday, June 27 at Fern Creek Funeral Home with private burial in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation is after 2pm Saturday until the time of the service.
