Richard Duane Riley, 87, died Wednesday, August 9, 2023.

He was born in Webster City, Iowa, son of Paul Wilson and Lavina Fosnot Riley.

Richard was a retired corrections officer for the State of Kentucky, an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of the old Lighthouse Christian Church.

In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his siblings, Robert Riley, Paul Riley and Lavon Lombard; and son-in-law, Charlie Wozaldo.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Northcutt Riley; children, Sharon Wolfe (Bobby), Bill Riley (Bettina) and Teresa Wozadlo; grandchildren, Jennifer Gilbert (Chris) and Megan Crable (Chris); great grandchildren, Alyssa and Cole; and siblings, Maurice Riley and Rosemary Tate.

His funeral is 11:30am Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with burial in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.  Visitation is after 10am Thursday until the time of the funeral.
