Richard T. Perry, Sr., 75, died Wednesday, July 13, 2022.

He was a Proud Teamster and worked as a front lead operator for Ready Mix (now IMI).  Richard was a graduate of Fern Creek High School, enjoyed playing golf and was an avid fan of the University of Kentucky Wildcats and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Alcorn Perry; parents, James Marion and Mary Elizabeth Perry; and siblings, Barbara Jones and James Perry.

Richard is survived by his sons, Rick (Stephanie) and James Perry; grandchildren, Taylor McDonald, Megan Perkins, Luke Perry, Kyle Perry, Meghan Shubert, Jennifer Casey and Sydney Casey; daughter-in-law, Lena Perry; and siblings, Kathleen Blice, Joan Tyler and Patrick Perry.

Memorial visitation is 3-7pm Monday, July 18, 2022 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.
