Richard John Gellert, 67, died Thursday, February 29, 2024.

He was born February 11, 1957 in Syracuse, NY, son of Henry and Ann Fonak Gellert.

Richard was a mechanical engineer and attended St. Michael Catholic Church.

In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Gellert and brother, Henry Gellert.

He is survived by his wife, Ellen Spak Gellert; sister-in-law, Wendy Gellert; and other beloved family members.

A memorial mass may be held at a later date.
