Richard Alan Dillingham, 72, died Sunday, September 24, 2023.

He was born April 24, 1951, son of William Earl and Evelyn Frances Gabehart Dillingham.

Richard was retired from General Electric, and a graduate of Valley High School and the University of Louisville.  He was a fan of UK sports and was an avid golfer and fisherman.

In addition to his parents, a brother preceded him in death.

He is survived by his children, Kimberly Franklin (Kevin) and Bobby Dillingham; grandchildren, Amanda Ulery (Skott) and Kyle Franklin (Shelby); great grandchildren, Jackson, Jonathan and Nick Ulery and Carter Brooks Franklin; four brothers; three sisters; nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation is 1-3pm Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY.
