Ray Brooks, 92, died Friday, May 6, 2022.

He was a truck driver for the old Safety Transfer & Storage and Louisville Bedding Companies and a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret; son, Roger; and daughter-in-law, Jackie and is survived by his sons, Terry and Kerry (Doris); three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sisters, Sylvia, Debra and Nellie; and brother, Reed.

His funeral is 2pm Thursday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.  Visitation is after 10am Thursday until the time of the service.
