Rae Fisher died Friday, December 23, 2022 at the age of 85.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Nora Fisher; a sister, Nina Blanton; and four nieces, Vikki Graham, Donna Hall, Dana Lewis and Laurie Guthrie.

She is mourned by a brother, Kenneth Fisher; a sister, Barbara Miller; and five nephews, David Blanton, Brian Fisher, Brent Fisher, Derek Fisher and Daniel Fisher.

Rae graduated from Du Pont Manual High School and attended Milligan College in Tennessee. Her career was with the General Electric Company where she retired as an Executive Secretary. Rae dearly loved dogs and especially her cocker spaniels, Carter and Fisher.

At Rae's request, her body will be donated to the University of Louisville for the advancement of medical science.
