Rachel Marie Webb, 38, died Thursday, April 11, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Webb; step-father, Dana Mattingly; sister, Jamie Webb; and daughter, Leah.

Survivors include her mother, Lisa D. Mattingly; sister, Hannah Mattingly; brother, Ryan Webb; children, Johnathon, Tyler, Jackson, Alex and Harley; and stepsiblings, Brooke, Joey, Daniel and Sarah Mattingly.

Her funeral is 2pm Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.  Visitation is after 12pm until the time of the service.
