Polly Ann Thurow, age 85, of Mt. Washington passed away, Monday, May 2, 2022, at her residence.

She was born August 5, 1936, in Louisville, to the late Joseph Thomas and Pauline Althea White.  She was a member of the First Christian Church of Mt. Washington. She graduated from Fern Creek High School and worked as a dietary aide later in life.  Polly loved to bowl, play bunco, listen and sing along to music, cook, and had an amazing laugh.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, William H. Thurow; and a daughter, Cynthia Louise Hornbeck.

Polly is survived by her children, Tommy Hornbeck (Cindy), Mike Hornbeck (Carol), Stanley Hornbeck, Jr (Lisa), and Ruth Ann Greenwell (Tom); her children's father, Stanley Hornbeck, Sr.; nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and brother, Scott T. White (Lyndey).

Services will be held at a later date.
