Phyllis Burch Kavanaugh, 55 , passed on Thursday, July 6, 2017.
She attended Fern Creek High School, EKU, and the University of Phoenix. She was a former Professional Wrestler going by the names of "Diane Von Hoffman" and "Moon Dog FIFI", an avid U of L Fan and an eye donor. She was a catholic by faith and christian by actions.
She is survived by her husband, Russell Kavanaugh; children, Melissa and Marla Mayorga; mother, Davalene Burch; siblings, Patricia Jacobs (Harvey), Paul (Vangie), Philip (Ruby), and Perry Burch; stepchildren, Brian, Tracye, Erica, Jarmaine and Tera Kavanaugh, and Claudia and Armondo Mayorga; four grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; and Pets, Lola and Midnight.
A celebration of life will be held 11:00am Monday, July 10 at the red parking lot at the corner of Witherspoon St and River Rd at Waterfront Park.
