Our loving mother Phyllis Hendricks, 74, of Louisville,  KY peacefully passed away on Sunday May, 21, 2023.

Phyllis was born October 20, 1948 to Cobbie & Minnie Rogers of Pikeville, KY.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, her loving daughters Regina Lee, Julie May, Melissa Gayle and many other loved ones.

Phyllis is survived by her loving family, her daughters Rhonda (Ronnie)Hendricks, Stacey (Brandon) Ditto, Sandra Hendricks, her son Kurtis Hendricks, 17 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a host of extended family & friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation to be held on Wednesday May 24th, 2023 from 4pm to 8pm. Celebration of Life will start at 7pm.
