Penny Darlene Fugate, 55, passed Monday, November 18, 2024 following a short illness.

She was born November 8, 1969 in South Elgin, Illinois, daughter of William and Darlene Karsten Ramstein. Penny worked in IT for Papa John's Corporation.

In addition to her parents, Penny was preceded in death by her brother, Rob Ramstein; and sister-in-law, Crissie Ramstein.

She is survived by her husband, Larry L. Fugate; brother, Keith Ramstein; parents-in-law, Larry & Pat Fugate; sister-in-law, Robin Ramstein; brothers-in-law, Leslie Fugate (Leigh Anne) and Lyndon Fugate (Jessica); brother-in heart, Dan Radeke; and a large extended family that loves her.

Visitation is 12 - 4pm Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky; with private burial.
