Peggy Ann Grider Beavin, 89, passed away peacefully Thursday, October 5, 2023.

Peggy was predeceased by her mother, the former Grace Gilmer; her father and step mother, Gentry P. and Dorothy Grider; and sister, Bobbie Wilding.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, William and Lisa Beavin; daughter, Linda Goodwin; grandchildren, Kelsie Goodwin, Katie Dill (Stuart) and John Goodwin; great grandson, Cooper Dill.  She is also survived by her brothers, Alvin Grider of Morehead, KY and Theodore Grider of Louisville, KY.

Peggy enjoyed retirement, her family and friends; and she was an avid University of Louisville Basketball fan.  She will be missed by her family and friends.

Her funeral is 6pm Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.  Private burial in Cave Hill Cemetery.  Visitation is after 3pm Tuesday until the time of the service.
