Paige Renae Ostrowski, 24, entered eternal rest on Thursday, August 4, 2022.

She was a 2016 graduate of Southern High School and attended Highview Baptist Church.

She leaves behind her daughter, Avyonna Everleigh Ostrowski; parents, Dennis and Monica Hoffman Ostrowski; grandmothers, Joan Zoellin and Ann Hoffman; siblings, Emily Robinson (Adam) and Kyle Ostrowski; and niece, Rowan Robinson.

Her funeral is 1pm Monday, August 8, 2022 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with burial in Crosswater Gardens.  Visitation is after 11am Monday until the time of the service.
