HUDSON, MICHAEL F.,
59, passed away January, 24, 2018 at his home.
He was born on September 19, 1958 in Louisville, KY to the late Herbert & Mildred Hudson. Michael was a huge U of L fan and loved travelling in his motorhome with his two yorkies, Bonnie and Clyde. He also enjoyed his cabin in Indiana and snowbirding in Florida.
Michael retired from LG&E in July of 2015 after 36 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Roy, Joan and Jean Hudson.
Michael is survived by his son, Jeffrey Hudson; son-in-heart, Luke Moore; granddaughters, Harper and Hazel Hudson; sisters, Patricia Pedigo, Ave Marie McCarty, and Joann Armstrong; brothers, Herbert Lee Hudson, Jr. Joseph Paul Hudson, and Charles Anthony Hudson, and special friend, Melinda Meredith. Michael will be dearly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
His funeral is 10am Tuesday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Rd, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation is 2-8pm Monday.
