Paul Melvin Mullins, 97, died Monday, February 21, 2022.

He was a retired carpenter from Brown-Williamson, founder and former owner of Jefferson Special Police, charter master of Fern Creek Masonic Lodge#955, past master of Sunset Masonic Lodge #915 and a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church, Kosair Shrine Temple and Scottish Rite.

He was preceded in death by his son, Roger Mullins.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Leonard Mullins; daughters, Barbara Dattilo and Martha Simms; son, Michael Mullins(Pam); eight grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.

His funeral is 12pm Friday, February 25, 2022 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with private burial.  Visitation is 12-8pm Thursday, February 24, 2022 and includes a Scottish Rite service at 6:30pm and a Masonic service at 7pm.
