Matthew Lee Semar, 46, died Sunday, July 9, 2023.

Matthew worked for Precision Metal Works.  He was baptized at Fern Creek Baptist Church and was an organ donor, providing vital organs for five recipients at the time of his death.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Anderson (Phillip); father, Garry DeHaven (Stephanie Price); sisters, Crystal DeHaven and Julie O'Brien (Kevin); girlfriend, Angel Lawson; and many extended family members.

A celebration of life service is at 3pm Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road. Memorial visitation is 12pm until the time of the service.
