Mary Lou Fields, 79, a resident of Louisville, Kentucky went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 2, 2023. She was born in Battle Creek, Michigan on April 8, 1944.

Surviving are her children, Raymond (Cheryl) Cooksey, Jo Ann (Allan) Parchem, and Beverly Jean Cooksey as well as siblings Yvonne Adkins, Robert Fields, and Doris (Williard) Fairchild.

Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Timothy and Minnie Mary (Hall) Fields; and her siblings, Paul Fields, Preston Fields, Ralph Fields, Mike Fields, David Fields, Janie Gray, Wilma Lindsey and Violet Irving.

Fern Creek Funeral Home of Louisville Kentucky is taking care of Mary's final arrangements. No Funeral services will be taking place but a Celebration of Life with family will be scheduled at a later date.
