Mary C. Amsler, age 79, passed away at Baptist Health Louisville on Saturday, April 23, 2022, after battling liver and kidney failure.

She retired from the Brown & Williamson Company after several years of dedication.  She also worked as an accounting assistant for the KYANG Federal Credit Union for 15 years.  She loved all forms of sports, but her true passion was as a University of Kentucky basketball fan.  She loved spending time with family and friends during Derby and holidays.

She is survived by her brother, James Amsler; and many nieces and nephews that loved her very much.

She was preceded in death by her life long friend, Barbara Doggett; sister, Doris Friebert; and brother, Charles Amsler.

Her funeral service is 1pm Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with private entombment.  Visitation is 2-6pm Wednesday, April 27, 2022.
