Marilyn Thompson, 81, passed away peacefully Monday, March 6, 2023.

She was born October 25, 1941 to the late Irene Gnau and Kenneth Gnau Sr. She was retired from Liberty National Bank and Louisville Tile.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jewel "Tommy" Thompson Jr.; siblings, Joan Donahue and Kenny Gnau.

She is survived by her daughter, Stacie White (Kurtis); grandchildren Kendall and Collin; siblings, David Gnau, Denny Gnau and Doug Gnau; and sister-in-heart, Lucille Carroll.

A memorial visitation is 4-7pm Thursday, March 9 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Rd.
