Louise Hofelich, 96, died Monday, March 2, 2026 at her home in Fern Creek, Kentucky.
She was born in Bullitt County, Kentucky on January 16, 1930, daughter of Auburn and Ruth Owen Cox.  Louise was a homemaker and member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Mt. Washington, Kentucky.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Hofelich; and brother, Hilary Cox.
Her funeral is 6pm Friday, March 6, 2026 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky.  Visitation is after 3pm until the time of the funeral.  Burial is private in Mt. Washington Cemetery.
