Linda Faye Higginbotham, 78, died Saturday, April 5, 2025 at her home in Heiskell, Tennessee.

She was born January 30, 1947 in Louisville, Kentucky, daughter of Floyd and Frances Greer Alcorn.

Linda was a retired secretary.  She was a 1965 graduate of Fern Creek High School, former member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky and member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church in Knoxville, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by a brother, Norman Alcorn.

Survivors include her husband, Danny Lee Higginbotham; sons, David (Amie) and Evan (Tiffany) Higginbotham; grandchildren, Emilee Higginbotham and Taylor Smith; siblings, Wayne Alcorn (Linda Sue) and Judy McIntyre (John); and sister-in-law, Marsha Alcorn.

Her funeral is 10am Friday, April 11, 2025 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.  Visitation is 4-7pm Thursday, April 10, 2025.
