James "Leroy" Hagan, 84, died Friday, May 19, 2023.

He was a truck driver for 30 years for Stewart Dry Goods, an exterminator for St. Matthews Exterminating and member of St Bartholomew Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Adolphus and Teresa Hagan; and brothers, Raymond, Gerald, and Carl Hagan

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann Hagan; children, Donna Davis (Tim), Paula Straub (Steve), Joanie Hagan (Steve Slaughter) , and Brad Hagan (Mandy); grandchildren, Melissa, Samantha, Heather, Sarah, Zachary, Nick, Adam, Cody and Jacob; great grandchildren, Riley, Elliot, Maddie, Mason, Harper, Emmy, Annie, Rowen, Jordan, and JoJo; and sisters, Jane Smith, Shirley Greenwell, and Bernadine Downs.

His funeral mass is 10:00 am Wednesday at St Bartholomew Catholic Church, 2042 Buechel Bank Rd, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation is 3:00-7:00 Tuesday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Rd.
