Kenny Orr, 70, died Saturday, September 6, 2025.

He was born Kenneth Duane Orr on October 25, 1954 in Providence, RI, son of Lester L. and Bernice Greene Orr.  Kenny attended Doss High School and worked as a gas trouble technician for LG&E.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, a round of golf with friends and a good bourbon.  He was a former loyal member of Valley View Country Club, a Maker's Mark Ambassador and a fan of the UL Cardinals and the Miami Dolphins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Les Orr,  his mother-in-law, Jean Bader, his father-in-law, Cyril Bader, and his brother-in-law, Jeff Bader.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa Bader Orr; children, Shawn Orr (Karen), Jeremy Orr (Elida Vega), Stephanie Henry (Brad) and Jacob Orr; mother, Bernice Jackson; grandchildren, Jordan and Jasmine Orr, Erica Glass, and Griffin and Winnie Henry; great grandchildren, Mateo, Manolo, Marcelo and Emma; and siblings, Larry Orr (Marsha) and Carol Forbis (Ed). He is also survived by his brothers-in-law, David (Anne), Tom (Sarah) and Greg (Yong) Bader and sister-in-law, Nancy Stanton (Mike).

Memorial service is 6pm Monday, September 15, 2025 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.  Memorial visitation is after 2pm until the time of the service.  Private inurnment.
