Karen Michelle Cozine, 67, died Friday, October 24, 2025 in Louisville, Kentucky.

Karen was Senior Home Health Learning Systems Professional at CenterWell.  She was a graduate of St. Gabriel School and Fern Creek High School and earned a Master of Arts degree from IUS. Karen was the previous owner of Cozine Transcription Services and a member of TWIGS Auxiliary at Children's Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her father, William B. Cozine; and brother, Tony Cozine.

Survivors include her mother, Pat Cozine; sister, Sheila Cozine (Robert Bowden);  step-daughter, Stacy Spalding (Rick); step-granddaughter, Ashlee Schroeder; nephew, Troy Bowden (Vanessa); and children-in-heart, Krissa Ennis, Sarah Robey (Alexander Rassiga) and Brian Gill (Aerial);.

Her funeral is 1pm Friday, October 31, 2025 at  Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky with burial in Calvary Cemetery.  Visitation is 3-7pm Thursday, October 30, 2025.
