Judy Marie Wingfield Hubbuch, 79, died Friday, September 16, 2022. She was born June 7, 1943 to the late John and Hazel Johnson Wingfield.

Judy was kind, generous and compassionate and her main focus was her family. Although she only had three biological children, several more than that considered her a mother, and she provided them with a home full of love, laughter and cherished memories that will live on throughout the generations to come.

She was a secretary for Web Mechanical and Bob Mechanical. She was a graduate of Assumption High School.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Danny Hubbuch; granddaughter, Haley Hubbuch; and siblings, Jean Wingfield, Steve Wingfield.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Gilbert Hubbuch, Jr.; daughter, Dawn Hubbuch (Jim Bullen) and Tonya Hubbuch (Vic); grandchildren; great grandchildren; and brother, John Wingfield.

Her funeral is 7:00pm Thursday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Rd. Visitation is after 2:00pm until the time of the service.

To keep in tradition with Judy's love for the color purple, the family invites visitors to wear something purple, but is not required.
