Joshua Adam Lush, 40, died Thursday, July 14, 2022.

He owned Lush's Landscaping Company, attended Fern Creek High School and was a graduate of Bluegrass Challenge Academy at Fort Knox.

He is survived by his children, Brittney Lush and Mason Lewis; father, Carl Lush; grandmother, Mary Garrett; and brother, Jeremy Lush (Erin).

Memorial service is 6:30pm Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.  Visitation is after 2pm that afternoon until the time of the service.
