Andrew Joseph First, 56, died Thursday, March 30, 2023.

He was retired from UPS, a graduate of Fern Creek High School, and proudly served on the Hillview City Council.

Joe is survived by his mother, Judy Dages; father, John First (Patricia); fiancée, Tammy Rains Miller; Tammy's children, Lacey Hilgret (Brandon) and Michael Miller; Lacey's daughter, Lilly Hilgret; and siblings, Chris (Beth) and Mike (Marsha) First , Steve (Marcy), Larry (Cheryl), and Mike (Tonia) Dages; Deanna Beasley (Brad) and Dianna Samples (Mark).

Memorial service is 6:30pm Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.  Visitation is after 3pm Wednesday until the time of the service.
