John A. McIntire, 89, died Saturday, February 5, 2022.

He was retired purchasing agent for MSD, a Navy veteran, graduate of St. Xavier High School and University of Louisville, member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church and former member of the Beulah Twirlers Square Dance Group.

John was preceded in death by his son, Craig McIntire and is survived by his wife, Jenne Watts McIntire; son, Keith McIntire (Cindy); grandchildren, Beth Anne, Jason, and Jordan; and three great grandchildren.

His funeral is 10:30am Thursday, February 10, 2022 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 5505 Bardstown Road with burial in Cave Hill Cemetery.  Visitation is 3-7pm Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.
