Joan McGuffin, 87, died Thursday, January 12, 2023.

She was born October 2, 1935, daughter of Lesley and Bessie Hamilton Dismang. In addition to her parents, Joan was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert McGuffin; and daughter, Kellie McGuffin.

Joan retired from the Human Relations Department at General Electric.  She loved Bingo, slots, and traveling; often wintering in Florida with her companion, Lonnie Case.

In addition to Lonnie, she is survived by her children, Karen Timple (Robert) and Stephen McGuffin; grandchildren, Kelly and Erin Timple; great grandchildren, Toby Schwenk and Nakia Brown; and sister-in-heart, Ann Michal.

Visitation is 3-7pm Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.
