Jim Fisher, 73, died Easter Sunday, April 9, 2023.

He was born April 8, 1950, son of Marion and Carolyn Shake Fisher.  Jim was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War then further served as a claims assistance clerk for the Veteran's Administration.  He was a member and worship leader for Fairmount Baptist Church and a Kentucky Colonel.  Jim enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and church family.

He is survived by his wife, Denise Reynolds; Brother, Scott Fisher (Gina); stepdaughter, Renea Scholl; and step grandson, Tristin Doyle Sly.

Funeral is 7pm Thursday, April 13, 2023 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.  Visitation is after 3pm Thursday until the time of the service.
