Jennifer Ja'nice Bellaphant, 40, died Tuesday, August 25, 2026 after a long illness.

Jennifer worked as a customer service representative for Humana.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Jones and is survived by her son, Ja'quori Morgan; mother, Cherry Jones; sister, Angelia J. Streater; and brother, Rashawn Bellaphant.

Her memorial service is 2pm Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.  Visitation is after 12pm until the time of the service.
