Jenna Rose Small, 39, passed away Friday, July 10, 2026.

She was born May 16, 1987, in Louisville, KY, daughter of Mike and Tammy Hayes.

Jenna was a 2006 graduate of Christian Academy of Louisville, a lifelong member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church to whom she faithfully served with Vacation Bible School and the Women’s Ministry, volunteered for Mulligans Living Kidney Donors, and was a honorary “Senior” at the Walk and Talk ministry with Cedar Creek Baptist Church.

Jenna is survived by her husband, David Small; parents, Mike and Tammy Hayes, older brother, Jonathan Hayes (Jenny); grandmother, Dolores Hayes (Bob, deceased); parents-in-law, Kevin and Susan Small; brothers-in-law, Steven Small (Heather) and Jonathan Small (Megan); 16 Nieces and Nephews (13 Small and 3 Hayes); and 7 God Children.

Visitation is Tuesday, July 14, 2026, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40291.

Her funeral service will be on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 12:30pm at Cedar Creek Baptist Church, 7709 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40291 with a burial service immediately following at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218. A secondary visitation will be held preceding the funeral service, starting at 11:00am Wednesday, July15, 2026 at Cedar Creek Baptist Church.
