Jeff Miller died Saturday, Dec 23, 2023. He was born on November 18, 1959 to Connie Bruno Miller and Milo Miller in Los Angeles County, CA. Jeff was a 1978 graduate of Leuzinger High School and made a profession of faith in Jesus Christ at a Baptist church camp and was baptized around that time.

He was living in a UCLA group home when in the late '80s an actor, Larry Drake, met Jeff and used Jeff to portray a special needs character, Benny, on the television show, LA Law. Drake went on to win an Emmy for his portrayal and Jeff was seen as an extra on at least one episode. Jeff was pictured in People Magazine in 1988 when Drake was featured, something Jeff was proud of.

Around 2012 Jeff moved to Louisville, KY where he lived until his death. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Linda Wright Brock. He is survived by his brother, Jim Osborn (Lois) of Sequin, TX, nephew Tom Brock of Hawaii and other family members. He will be remembered by many friends in Louisville at Hunsinger Lane Baptist Church and especially at Active Day of Hikes point where he attended for 3 years. Jeff was thankful for his caregivers, Vendetta Anderson, Sharon Anderson, Charles Williams and previously Janeen Jones-Drake.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 11 am at Crosswater Gardens Cemetery, 7710 Billtown Road, Louisville, KY 40299.  Arrangements by Fern Creek Funeral Home.
