Jeff Gray, 61, died Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

He was born Jeffrey Wayne Gray on January 22, 1965 in Hazard, Kentucky, son of Roy, Jr and Wanda Faye Combs Gray.

Jeff was a steel fabricator and worked for Structures Unlimited, Inc.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Survivors include his wife, Leann Tanzilla Gray; sister, Sharon Heady (Nikki); niece, Samantha Ray (Alex); nephew, Nicholas Heady; a great niece; and two great nephews.

Visitation is 1-5pm Sunday, March 1, 2026 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky.
