Jean Wesley, 96, died Monday, January 19, 2026.

She was born Dorothy Imogene Dietz on September 10, 1929 in Sadieville, Kentucky, daughter of Carl and Beulah Evans Dietz.

Jean graduated from Hustonville High School.  She worked as a bookkeeper for a coin broker and was a member of Living Hope Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Wesley.

Survivors include her children, Brenda Johnson (Henry) and Steve Wesley (Pattie); grandchildren, Bethany, George and Katie; great grandchildren, Wesley and Hazel; and a brother, Joe Dietz.

A memorial visitation is 2-5pm Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky.
